The scortched-up movie-prop Huey at Paul’s. I’d been meaning to challenge myself to a center-line interior shot of this gem for a while now. The broken floor was patched with sheet metal, so the camera wobbled if you were inside moving around. It forced me to only light through windows and open doors. I did it from many angles, with lots of sweeping movements. I experimented a lot, running around in circles, waving lights and climbing in and out to assess each shot about 10 times, but was never totally happy with any single frame, so this is a sandwich of two halves.
