Behind the Gate
The back yard of the abandoned “Lazy One” ranch, east of 29 Palms. While it was clear that no one’s lived in the ransacked and vandalized house for years, the trailer was locked up tight and looks like it was relatively recently occupied. All the same, it was clear that no one’s been here for years. Full moon, red light through the metal gate and purple backlighting on the trailer windows. 92-second exposure.
