For you Daytona 500 fans. Stock car scraps at Paul’s Junkyard. Undoubtedly a movie prop of some kind, there are several of these on the lot. It was lit with a single hand-held strobe: blue-gelled through the rear window, red-gelled from camera-right and a yellow gelled pop through the tumbleweeds. It all took place in 43 seconds and I burned most of the background to black. Sorry, no gigantic fireballs from this shunt . . .
