Overnight Sensation

Overnight Sensation

Restored ’58 Plymouth Inside the barn at Big M.  “Hey John, what’s that big pile of records?” “Those were mine when I was a teenager.”  Right on top was one of my personal favorites from the ’70s: Frank Zappa’s “Overnight Sensation.”  One of the all-time great surrealist album covers too.  All I had to do was move the pile a few inches and stand the record up to take the picture, it was kismet.  FZ died 25 years ago today, I’ma cue up Montana, right now.  Just me and the pygmy pony, over by the dental floss bush.  White flashlight in total darkness.
